they call treating me

irritating person, getting angry

called my house twice around 12;24am and 12'30am without leaving a message.

I got a call from them, speaking a foreign language. I hung up after I started hearing them. This was on my cell phone.

They never leave a message for me and hang up when I answer. If they call about a friend or relative- they are NEVER to say the friend or relative owes money. They are allowed to call you to leave a phone number or ask for better contact information. They may only say it is a business matter. If they actually say your friend or relative owes money, they are then in violation of the FDCPA- your relative may be entitled $$ for this breach of privacy. The collection agency itself will be fined by the government $1000 if it is the first time and more money on successive violations.

The person doesn't leave a message or say anything when I answer the phone. The call is always between 8:30pm-9pm and is getting annoying. Can anyone confirm that this is a UMES number.

Caller claims to be a law firm for MTE Financial

Someone with a Middle-Eastern accent called on my cell phone. When asked how they got my cell number and name they said "screw it" and hung up. I called back and got an "all circuits are busy" recording. The telephone carrie is XO Communications

Said he waa calling for a person, I said he lives next door to me and he said oh really, I told him I would not have given this person my phone number. He said give him a message to call me

Said he was contracted out to deliver me a summons to appear in court. He'd made to attempts to deliver legal docs to me. If I or my attorney did not return phone call within 24 hours, I'd be taken to court and my silence would be taken as a right to refusal. He called my 75 year old Mother. It's got to stop.

Calls from "Holiday Village Italia" (with a French phone number?), asks for my mother (knows her full name!!)
